And with the benefit of establishing our business from a greenfield site, we’ve used our experience to ensure that it is – well – the best in the business.

Expert Staff across all areas
Dealing with security means that we have to be more vigilant than most when it comes to who we bring into our company. Everyone we employ undergoes a rigorous interview process, is fully screened and vetted by our external vetting agency, and has a PSA (Private Security Authority) licence. They are also required to pass a series of aptitude tests to ensure that they are not only technically proficient but can communicate well and perform under pressure.
In addition, we continually invest in staff training and professional development and, of course, the accumulated knowledge of our experienced senior team means that newer recruits are always learning on the job.
